The consulting Doctors operate on an Appointment System

Appointments are available on the day for patients who are feeling unwell. 

Telehealth Consultations

Telehealth consultations are available for regular patients of our consulting doctors, providing convenient access to medical services. They will be able to deal with some requests over the phone, but Birkdale Medical will remain open for those consultations requiring physical examination or treatment only available at the premises.  
Telehealth consultation fees 
Children aged 15 and under will be bulk billed.
For privately billed patients and concession card holders, the fees will be the same as a face to face appointment with a rebate of $43.90 
Following the telehealth consultation the receptionist will call you for
payment by credit card over the phone.
